Cancellations and No-Shows

Unless otherwise stated for a particular service, reservation cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled reservation.

Guests who fail to attend a reservation without cancelling ("no-show") may be charged up to 100% of the reservation value.

Certain promotional rates, special events, group bookings, packages, treatments, or holiday-period reservations may have different cancellation policies. The applicable policy will be disclosed at the time of booking.

The Spa may waive a cancellation fee at its discretion in exceptional circumstances.
